Had lunch at the Ouray food truck location in front of the KJ Wood Distillery. We are from the Texas Hill Country so we like to think we are experts in BBQ :). We ate the ribs and brisket which were very moist and tender. The beans were very flavorful as well. We highly recommend Blue Ribbon Bar-B-Que when you are in the area.

Sherry is THE BEST! She and her son Zach catered my wedding just outside of Montrose a few weeks ago. They truly made it happen for us as we did not pick an easy location to get to. Throughout the process she was easy to work with, accommodating and responsive. She went above and beyond for us. We had not tried Blue Ribbon Bar B Que before our wedding day and let me tell you--it was some of the best BBQ I've ever had! All of our guests could not stop raving about how good each and every item she served was. We will be stopping at her spot in Montrose, CO each and every time we drive through there. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Tyler catered an employee lunch for me for 10 people.We had the brisket and spicy sausage, both which were delicious.The brisket was just as I requested, juicy and tender.The baked beans were amazing. He delivered on time and the food was the correct temperature. I highly recommend his services.

Blue Ribbon BBQ Catered my wedding this past weekend and I couldn't be more happy! Sherry was extremely communicative over email, which was SO nice for trying to plan a major event. Her and her team showed up early, served delicious food, and even went above and beyond to provide accomodations for a vegetarian guest and clean up. My wife is from Texas and we were both impressed by the quality of the BBQ and the affordable price point. Even if you aren't looking for catering I recommend you give Blue Ribbon BBQ a try! Had a chance to try Blue Ribbon today in Montrose. The brisket is nice and moist. The hot sausage was just the right level of spice. Overall really enjoyed the food.

I have lived a big chunk of my life in.Texas and the baby back ribs I just had were absolutely excellent. And the sauce was perfectly spicy
